Email, SMS & Marketing Consent

1. Email
We email you only if you ask us to. Signing up gives us permission to send promotions, new arrivals, and sales. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honour it promptly. You will still receive order confirmations, shipping updates, and service messages — those are not marketing and you cannot unsubscribe from them while an order is active.
2. SMS
SMS requires its own separate opt-in. Agreeing to email does not sign you up for texts.

- Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
- Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchase.
3. Social Media Advertising
We advertise on social media and you may see our ads there. This includes Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. These are ads placed on those platforms — we are not giving those platforms your email address, phone number, or any information about your order.
Your prescription, pupillary distance, and doctor information are never used for advertising of any kind, on any platform. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
4. Print, Mail & Outdoor Advertising
We may also advertise through print, direct mail, and out-of-home advertising such as billboards, transit, and signage. Where we send direct mail to you by name, we use the mailing address associated with your order, and you may ask us to stop at any time by contacting us.
5. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your email or phone number with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use prescription or health-related information for marketing.
- We do not text or email you marketing unless you opted in.
6. Changing Your Mind
