Processing, shipping, and delivery information

Order Processing Time

Prescription eyeglasses are custom-made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships, in addition to shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard Shipping — estimated 5–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping — estimated 2–3 business days

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on method and destination

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability, costs, and delivery times, where offered, will be displayed at checkout and may be subject to customs fees or import duties owed by the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Illusion Eyewear is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
