How orders and payments are processed at Illusion Eyewear

Accepted Payment Methods

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

• PayPal

• Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

Payment Processing & Security

All payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. Illusion Eyewear does not store your full card number on our servers.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirms we have received your order, not that your prescription has been verified or your item has shipped.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with state and local tax laws.

Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after the order has been confirmed.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered production

• Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled and standard return policy terms will apply

Fraud Prevention

We may verify order and payment information before processing and reserve the right to cancel or delay any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
